1. How do I upload content like pictures and videos?
Select "my zProfile" from the header and go to the "Albums" section. Click the "Create a New Album" link. Type in the name of your album and who you want to show it to. "Show to Friends" only shows it to those in your friends network, and "Show to Public" shows the album to everyone, also people not in your network! Click "Submit" to create your album.
Now you are ready to add files to your album. To add photos, videos or other documents to your album click the "Upload" link which will open up a new window with the uploader. Click "Choose Files" to search your computer for the files you would like to show on your zPage. After selecting the desired content, click "Upload Files". zAthlete will now take all the files from your computer and load them onto your zPage into this album. The size of the files determines how long this will take. Once the file is fully loaded and converted, the files will show up in your Album. When you hear the beep, or see the status "Uploads Complete and Album Updated Successfully", it is all done and your album is ready to be viewed.

2. How do I add a YouTube video?
To add a YouTube video to any of your albums, click the link "Add YouTube Video" in the top box of any album. Copy the YouTube Video ID of the video you want to embed into the box presented. (The video id appears in the location bar of your browser when you are viewing the video on YouTube. For instance, from the page http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1796OXXdVzs we have the video id 1796OXXdVzs.) The video will be added to the album and will show up with the other videos.

3. How do I sort my content?
You can sort the photos by going to the photos section and dragging the photo around. Click and hold on the , located in the left top of each photo, move your mouse to where you want the photo to go and let go of the mouse button. Same goes for the video, documents and links if you have any in your album

4. How do I edit information about my picture or video's information?
Each Photo and Video has a little Edit Pencil in the right top (), click that. A popup window will come up in which you can add a description, set the image as the album thumbnail or even selecting the image to be your new profile photo. You can also change the filename.

5. How do I remove a photo or video from this album?
Locate the photo or video that you want to remove and click the little x button in the right bottom corner. The photo (or video) will be removed from the album. It is still available on zAthlete to use in another album.

6. How can I add a photo (video or document) to an album that I already uploaded elsewhere?
Select the album you want to add the image to. Select Add Existing Files in the top. This brings up a popup with all the files that you have access to organized by Profile and then by Album. If you have a lot of content this can take a little while. Use the plus signs to go into the albums and once you locate the file you want to add, click the + Add link in front of the photo to add it to the album. When you have selected all the files you want to add, click Done.

7. How do I share a photo (video or document) to a friend or a team?
Some photos you might want to share with a friend or a team. By sharing a photo you are allowing the receiving party to add it to one of their albums. Locate the photo you want to share and click the image located on the right side of each photo and video. This brings up a popup from where you can select who you want to share the file to. You can select one or more friends and/or teams to share with. You can also determine whether they are allowed to reshare the photo to others or not by using the "Copy Again?" checkbox.

8. My friend shared a photo to me, what do I do now?
Photos, Videos, and Documents will only show to friends if they are part of an album. When a friend shares a Photo (or Video or Document) with you, you will need to add this to one of your albums. Go to an existing album, or create a new album, and click the "Add Existing" link. Under the folder that refers to your profile, there is a folder "Not in any Album". If you open that one, you will see the files that are shared to you. Add them to your album by clicking the + Add link in front of it.
